Participating in the AGM
The annual general meeting is Bidcorp's primary forum for shareholder engagement. All registered shareholders are entitled to attend, speak, and vote — in person or by proxy.
Notice of the AGM, the proxy form, and all related documents are distributed to registered shareholders and published on SENS at least 15 business days before the meeting date.
Shareholders who hold shares through a stockbroker or nominee account (dematerialised shares) should contact their CSDP or broker to obtain the required documents and instructions for proxy voting or attending in person.
